Verbal offer on the phone, recruiter said paperwork would follow "within a few days." That was six weeks ago. LinkedIn stalking confirms the role was re-posted.
Three reschedules, then a 45-minute panel where the interviewer clearly hadn't read my CV. Ghosted after that.
They asked for an 8-hour unpaid design exercise. I delivered. One week of silence, then a templated "we're moving forward with other candidates" — no feedback despite asking twice.
