What the JD described matched exactly what the interviewers talked about. No scope creep, no bait and switch. Refreshing.
They'd actually looked at my portfolio and had specific questions. Felt like they valued design rather than treating it as a checkbox.
The technical round was hard. Genuinely hard. But they told me upfront what to expect and the feedback afterwards was specific and actionable.
